Angela’s Pasta al Tonno
Ingredients
- scallions
- garlic
- capers
- black olives
- cherry tomatoes
- 1 small can tuna
- pasta (penne lisce)
Instructions
- Boil water, add salt and cook pasta.
- In parallel, chop up and fry scallions and garlic.
- Add capers and olives.
- Add ~10 cherry tomatoes and some Turkish paprika.
- At last minute add the tuna and a bit of water from the pasta and some oregano.
- Strain the pasta, stir into the sauce, and serve.
